While I have not read it, I have heard plenty about it. I think that all people who claim to be experts and make bold predictions about things should be evaluated yearly to see if their predictions come through and if more than 60% have not, they should be stripped of their title "expert" There was a book that came out in 1998 called Experts Speak.
