		<description>Spot on Mr. Caldwell, spot on. Permission isn&#039;t something we can purchase. Not to mention the peripheral ramifications of emailing a &#039;purchased&#039; list. The list could be old, tired, or dead. The results are typically minimal due to the amount of times the list is sold. If the list isn&#039;t cleaned properly you could hurt domain reputation with a huge bounce back of emails. Etc, etc, etc ... 

Grow your own lists and enjoy the fruit, don&#039;t buy rotten apples.
